Thank you for your hard work.
You can add FxOpening and FXOpenPAMM to that list. Those two are clones of FXOpen, using the information of the legitimate broker to represent themselves as affiliated with them when they have nothing to do with each other. The former offers unrealistic promises for profits, the other offers PAMM service that has nothing to do with the original.

Excellent information here, It would be nice to be binding in any broker: balance broker, updated payouts, active accounts (updated balance) (real values ok!!).
Good trades.

Thankfully only one of those seems to be working at the moment. Too bad the other didn't get taken down too.

ETXCapital (FCA:124721)

Steals profit clients. This happened repeatedly in different people. Treat the word contract at will. No logical explanation.
At this time, the process starts over them in FCA and the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Belize's watchdog ISFC issued a warning againstATS Markets Global saying that their license is a "complete forgery". The broker falsely claims it is registered in Belize and has a fake certificate on its website that it claims was issued by the regulator. ISFC said ATS Markets is neither registered, nor licensed by the IFSC or any other authority in the country and is not allowed to provide trading services there.

{quote} It is clear that you have not been scammed properly. The moment you lose money because of continuous slippage you will understand. Traders are making brokers rich and for that reason you as a trader have all the right in the world to point out broker criminalities. The more the scam brokers are being exposed the more they will lose business and other brokers will get the message. They will simply sweep the floors with us if we do not let them know that we are aware of their tricks.

The case is not if I personally was scammed or not, the case is that if we collect all the day-to-day traders' complaints, we will see that every broker is SCAM. According to this black list I see many links to complaints, but the person who made this list is not interested how one or another complaint was finished, was it the broker's fault or not, actually many cases are revealed, you can watch FPA or even to read some of FF threads/complaints till the end. People often do not care what to write down or not, they write down SCAM and then one day after realize that it was their mistake but never return to the created thread to admit the fault and leave and this SCAM message continue to exist forever. I don't say that there are no fraud companies, I would like to be fair

The Spanish regulator warned against forex brokers BelforFX and iSocialFX since neither is licensed in the country and they're targeting the local citizens as potential clients. What is more, last month New Zealand's watchdog FMA also issued a warning against BelforFX, because their clients couldn't withdraw their money.

Even the Bulgarian regulator issued warnings against them, not just FMA. They seem to have a bad track record.
