I'm currently going through the process of starting again from square one after an account blow-out and thought "other people have gone through this". So I'm creating this thread to ask others to share stories of that moment and possible successes in trading after starting again.

I went through this in the very beginning of the trade road. I think every trader at least once passed through it. It's like a consecration to traders with the real thinking and no empty illusions. Well, after that I've made whole orders analysis and found a weak spot. My weaknesses were excessive greed and frequency enters into the market. Now I have a diff trading strategy. I wish good luck to you and look forward to green pips.

You may consider listening closely to your feelings about <starting again from square one after an account blow-out>.

How are you doing nowadays with your account? Trending upwards?

I agree. It sucks to lose money but that's the game. I'm confident I'll do well moving forward because this is what I want to do.

To completely remove the psychological factor, and not look at own losses, I fully set up another account. Clean one. After that trading nowadays. I took note and recognized mistakes in the past. Have losses. But the total green pips number pleased me at the moment. Hope for a long time

I have blown hundreds of accounts probably thousands, not sure. Thankfully most of it were demo accounts. So, demo first then go live. Well actually backtest first then demo and then you go live. Just my 2 cents.
