Since London open, not much fun today, markets not doing anything.

Luxing very nice trades, I watch you everywhere in another threads too, very good psychology trading! I am newbie too and I I respect very much your time what you invest to know all this things about trading. I personally watch your shares but I still learning, I like very much your style and I would like to learn if you want to explain me or us a little bit details like TS TP? Or if you trade pending or live? Replaced the bidratio/currency strength values by the table I posted a while ago, pimped it here and there but the backbone is still the forexgrail spreadsheet.

AFAIK, thereīs no question one cannot find the answer to if you read everything carefully.
Once you have done that and if you still have difficulties in understanding when to enter/exit, I will be more than happy to help you.
I only trade a live account, demo pips donīt pay my bills.
As a matter of fact I just answered a dozen PMs to people (most of whom are not even on this thread) who either did not believe I traded live and/or wanted me to trade their funds.
Yes I do, no I donīt. First and last time I will post something that can be compared against trades taken on one of my live accounts.

Why do you TP on trades, and insisted of TP do a TS?

Why do I TP on trades ? Well, because I define a take profit level in pips and when it hits I automatically exit the trade.

Insisting on TS ? Well no, not really (although maybe a year or 2 ago I did use it).

Targeting a fix number of pips from my point of view is a mistake. If you target 15 pips why not at 15 pips start a trail from 2 pips behind (at 13pips) and keep that 2 pip's difference always when the market move in your favor or just close by SL if the market drop 2 pips for highest reach.

One of my yesterday trade posted in MT4 Trading the GAP With Excel end in profit 30 pips by using a 7 pip target with 2 pips trail. So basic what happen there? The market went in my favor 32 pips then drop to 30 pips and I close the trade. Until I reach 32 pips the market didn't drop that 2 pips trail.

And now do the same what LuXing did already on Myfxbook and analyse some hundred of trades you've done! You will find out very soon that's just "luck" if the trade moves for more than your initial TP!

Already doing that, and all data go direct to excel, based on my MTF intervals checking the potential pips that I can reach in that intervals.
It will be hard to argue with veterans of this threat, but for me TS is just more profitable then TP .

Also I didn't manage to find any profitable settings for EA's WUKAR , APTM, MTPM or anything similar in the market. This EA's are not build for a FIFO system. So need's to be something custom.

If you trail a 0.5 , 0.8 difference does the broker always accept that little difference ? Is the latency with the broker fast enough to do that , and when you're closing the order even if SL what's your SL price and what's your broker offered price.

Until today, there was no problem to trail small TS although currently we don't use a TS. Usually, there's no problem with the order execution. Depending on market volatility in some cases slippage can happen and the biggest difference what we could determine was ~25 ticks. That's bad if you are a scalper but not to change hence, we have to accept and live with it.
