No i did read and your answer is why I am taking trades before the PSAR. What will determine if I enter the trade at the open below EMA with purple crossing white or if I enter waiting on the PSAR.

Only you can decide that. You have to take into consideration what else is going on in the big picture.

Hello, from now... please people who is sending me the trades H1 H2 D1 in private. We are only going to help in here in the Thread. Is better for everyone. There is no more Skype Group, or something in Private.

Approaching lower trend line on a channel in weekly and daily/4h, oversold, suppose it will depend on risk sentiment this week, (towards the end of the week with china etc,)

OK, I'll try...

EurJpy daily:
ROMAR above EMA, resistance, down
PSAR resistance, down
EMA resistance, down
Purple, white, smooth all headed down.

2 hour:
ROMAR above EMA, resistance, down
PSAR resistance, down
EMA resistance, down
Purple, white, smooth all headed down

1 hour:
ROMAR above EMA, resistance, down
PSAR resistance, down
EMA resistance, down
Purple, white, smooth are very close together and may slide again or cross (purple and white may already be in the process of crossing, but it's difficult to see on the chart and I don't want to assume).

Conclusion: all three charts are currently aligned in a downtrend, with no obvious resistance until the lower BB is hit.

Plan: continue to short from resistance (EMA on 2 hour chart), but keep an eye on the 1 hour chart for purple crossing white and smooth to change short term trend to up.

DAILY CHART - DATE: 02-21-16
ROMAR: Resistance
EMA: Resistance
Parabolic: Resistance

NOTES: All three support/resistance are in compliance for a strong downtrend. The Fibo is at the bottom indicating an oversold market. Because of the 4 horsemen being strong in trend then lower/low could be in compliance.

2 HOUR CHART:

Opening: 125.026
ROMAR: Resistance
EMA: Resistance
Parabolic: Resistance

NOTES: The 2 hour had opened with a gap just above the Fibo low at 125.006. A retrace back to Fridays closing will also close the gap. The trend is down and strong. The Parabolics are no-where near EMA so any reverse on a swing would be short lived in giving the 2 hour a consolidated move sideways.

1 HOUR CHART:

ROMAR: Resistance
EMA: Resistance
Parabolic: Resistance

Notes: The 1 hour is in the beginning of a new swing going up with White/Smooth at Purple for a crossing. EMA is also in the target area for crossing Purple with the Parabolic giving an indication of flipping.

Entry: With all three charts being oversold with the Fibo at 125.006 for a new low and the 1 hour showing a possible flip of the swing; is giving a picture of 2 elements.

1. A slider on the 1 hour for the continuance of the downtrend.
2. An open candle above the 2 hour Smooth at the Purple crossing for an entry going long with EMA holding resistance.

If a slider is in the makings then the 2 hour EMA will hold resistance. So taking these two elements into consideration the best entry would be off the 2 hour EMA for the short without the 2 hour Smooth crossing or waiting for an open above the 2 hour EMA for the long with both White/Smooth crossing of Purple.

As you can see both normdiploom and mine are pretty much the same. The only difference is taking the Fibo into consideration of being oversold. But that does not mean it would not go lower/low -- the only thing that can stop this from reversing is the 2 hour EMA holding resistance.

Without these trading plans the 2 hour EMA would NOT had been recognized as the stopper for a reversal. Also - you would not had been able to see an entry on the conditions that is happening in the market.

Apparently everyone understands the meaning of creating a trading plan as there are no questions. So - what I like to see is everyone posting a trading plan everyday as to be sure you do understand in how to create one.

Hi,

Would anyone be able to guide me on this?

I've been reading this thread since last Monday. I'm new to technical indicators(i've never used one to trade actually).
And i thought MA = MACD until i saw there is actually 2 red horizontal bold lines that shows MA 5, MA 20. Initially thought it was some fibo settings(i didnt know about fibo also). How does one make use of this?entry below the boundary for buy trade?

Additionally i've taken note down in the past that when Small Coral Arrow appearing = Market crossing MA

does this have much significance? Dove said the more factors that supports ur entry, the better it is. so what i am asking is, is a small coral arrow appearing pointing up contribute as one of this factors?


also another point, Green Arrows = market crossing EMA
The first green arrow on the left of the screenshot doesnt appear to cross the EMA. (or did i took down the wrong info?)

When the price is in the Daily Plan Target, i always re-confirm everything before i entry.

The MA signal is for the trends (Coral Arrows) and they can go off during a consolidated period and/or sideways. And they can give a false signal when consolidating. If you want to delete the MA signals then do so. Like I said - they are mostly for the trends.

The MA 5 and the MA 20 cannot be deleted - they are part of the data. And they have been explained somewhere on this thread. So continue reading and you will come across it.

Sir Dove I have a question on your trading plan. Why you are considering going long if all Romar are resistance on all three charts and the trend is down? I'm supposing that I could trade both ways only in consolidation.
