You need to open your mind. You dont trade the market like a roller coaster. The aim of trading is to make profit. Whichever way you achieve that is cool. Its more difficult to be profitable as a daytrader. Ive found what works. I dont need to change anything. I dont like mt4 brokers. I trade on dukas.

You win, I give up I can't argue with a trader that has taken 20 trades in a year with 1000s of pips drawdown. I have much to learn.

Yes everyone, the market truly is a random, or a drunkards walk, it's not predictable, and the market makers and hedge funds don't know where fair value is at ALL times. Not that I would know... *roll eyes*. Price is literally nothing more than an ADVERTISEMENT FOR FAIR VALUE (WHERE THE MOST PEOPLE HAVE AGREED TO DO THE MOST BUSINESS). I'm trying to help you retailer's not get flushed. I'm not going to debate what I already know as fact.

Price is the advertising mechanism used to make the market."Random" fluctuations in the "advertizing mechanism" is not the same thing as the Market being random.The Market is not random, fluctuations in the "advertizing mechanism" are.

it's easy to predict, the markets are not definitely random as some people claims,
if you believe that, you really should not be trading because if you are right, you are kinda scruwed from the start.
if they would be random we could not be sure of anything in the markets,
but we actually can, if there is one thing we can be 100% sure of, is they are always moving up and down and never in a straight line,
that is not the characteristics of something random or chaos, because if it was, by definition, we could not be sure that it does move up and down,
we also see the same patterns over and over,elliot wave moves in 5 legs following a correction, this is something we see over and over, again, not random.
so how to predict the direction?, study, learn technical analysis, the logical most intelligent assumption is that if the market currently is up,
it must eventually come down. what you really are asking is when the market will reverse direction.
if we knew that the markets would not exist because nobody would like to buy or sell.
but nobody really knows, thankfully, we hopefully will get lucky more than we are not, by playing the probability,
and trust our analysis.

price movement can be caused by what happened at other country. so if u know the information about any news that happened, it can help u to predict price movement, but not 100%. because at forex trading

I believe that the market is indeed predictable, only if one follows the rules of "price action". To many of us rely on "indicators" to help us predict what the next move will be, when it is price action that will determine that. Simply look at all tf's.

Why is the same formation we see on daily, we see on 1m?
Why is it that day after day, one of the 7 daily pivots (main pivot, and 3 resistance, and support) are ALMOST always the high and low of the currency pair we are watching.
Why is it that Thursday's are the highest daily range days, while Monday's are the lowest?

I think if we look more at price action, and what the previous candle did in relation to a group of candles did, then we can wait for a specific engulf to occur and then take a position with very high entry accuracy.

Here I go again with new ideas for the prediction of price movement. I use modified Elliott theory using program analysis of trend deviations and some more analysis tools. Pretty good results up till now. In general it's time-consuming work requiring constant attention. If you want to make a profit from came / left / guessed nothing will work.

To be able to confidently predict/project/gauge price movements one must learn how to follow them first. Same like you must first learn to walk before you can run...no two ways about it, period.

I could post a video from today proving that price can be predicted to an exactitude never achieved by Gann, Andrew, Gartley, or anyone looking to exploit these harmonic conjugates. Perhaps progressive screenshots? The video might be too much. Did a mention that price is absolutely meaningless and is used merely as an advertisement to fool people who don't know how the game is truly played while the only thing that matters is value? The ONLY thing the market does is seek value, that is IT. k bye.

Kind of a philosophical question...
One side: Huge traders amount analyze the market and enter the market on certain levels. And market depends on it. And react on it. Also we can't ignore tech analyze. It's statistics.
Other side: Tech analyze also depends of many aspects such as volume, deposit amount, analyze timeframes so on... And one trader can predict one direction and at the same time another one broker predict different direction. And do not forget about news and world doings we can't consider in spite of fundamental analyze.
I truly believe good trader can predict the trend and I work on it as a trader. But I can't deny people do not able to predict everything.

Predicting the market movement is possible because there is a fundamental and technical parameters of its motion. Analyze the decreased or increase of the rate in the United States, one can understand how it will affect the US dollar (for example). Predict possible because nothing new is happening in the market, only up or down, and after a time, you can see a repeat on the move, but this is just what makes our brain, imagination. So I think.
