Disliked{quote} Please just delete that. If people are going to be rude, just ignore them. Going back and forth with stuff like that, that doesn't pertain to this training, will mess this up for all of us. Dislikedhmm, im confused. i shorted at 127.246. the reason being is because it hit the EMA on the 2H chart at this price. the EMA is resistance atm. I see most people have been doing longs in the past couple of hours. What am I doing wrong?Ignored

Disliked{quote} TP Hit + 40pips. The reasons for me taking this trade were very well exposed by nonibadsha that's why I quoted him.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I mean this with all respect but probably need to study the thread more. Fibos are up, Purple crossed smooth, PSAR sill down on H2 but up on H1. Trend is down but all fibos are up and we're in a tight consolidation. Aslo, the market isn't really moving much at the moment so anything can happen. Probably wait for something definitive to break later today. That's my opinion from what I've learned so far but maybe not completely correct...except for the reading past. You'll get it!! I will too...not there yet thoughIgnored
Disliked{quote} thanks for that bro. ive read everything. time to read it all again!! it's always easy in hindsight lolIgnored

Disliked{quote} I think for a trade... ideally the market has to have a good retrace above h2 ema for 1-2 candles then close back below ema with momentum for a short sell in the direction of ema/romar. What do you think?Ignored

DislikedI have seen much volatility today and I think this occurs when a large change happens in the market and leads to periods of rapid movement and consolidation in cycles. If you keep ROMAR and EMA as your primary and secondary trends on the charts you will keep in the trend. When the two (ROMAR and EMA) are the same on all three charts then we have a confluence (a coming together) in agreement in one direction. The market moves! It is hard, but we need to keep to the rules and only seek two 20/40 trades. I say this because I have been drawn in to over...Ignored
DislikedThere were no trades for me last night. This is a summary of my thought process: 1. ROMAR and EMA were in sync on all 3 charts to begin the day. Strong downtrend. 2. The market continued south and I was watching bar by bar for a short from 2H resistance. 2. Then we had risk of central bank intervention causing 200 pip movement and Yellen Q&A so I stayed out of the market. 3. Later we saw 1H EMA crossing Purple so all 3 EMA's were no longer in sync, for a start in consolidation. 4. I went to bed after that, but in hindsight I would have taken this...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thank for the analysis. That was the trade I took. I waited from the open however to see if it would move back down toward the supports of Smooth, White, and Purple, but didn't and I ended up just getting a worse price than if I had bought at the open. So the actual "Trigger moment", when you actually click buy/sell, is still something that I'm a little confused about. I get the trends and using the indicators to see the big picture while only looking at the moment, but I'm having trouble when exactly to pull the trigger. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Good trade imo. That's the one I would have taken. For me I like to keep it simple and consistent. My trigger is right at the open of the candle. The psychology of trading is always more important and everything should be done in a mechanical way to take emotions out of play. Waiting and wishing for a better entry price will play with your mind. Especially when the market shoots up without youIgnored
