someone told me this today: you know what's the best business in town? sell tou fu (bean curd). is stable income, no risk at all. cant lose. if you make the tou fu too soft, sell it as tau huay (beancurd jelly) if make too hard, sell it as tau kwa (hard beancurd) if make too dry, sell it as tau pok if make until spoilt, no worries lah sell it as smelly tou fu
