BocaFX are highly suspicious - they attempted to present themselves as officially regulated and authorized by ASIC up until they were forced to remove the claim from their website because it was untrue.

You're welcome.

The FCA often issues warnings against various scammers and unregulated brokers, it's a good idea to always check their press releases, especially if one is considering working with a new broker. Recently they warned against Financian Products, also known as FP, for being unregulated and targeting UK citizens as potential clients without the proper licensing.

Union Markets Ltd are a scam, according to FMA. Not only did they claim they were licensed in New Zealand when they were not, but they claimed that they daily trading volume by far exceeded that of some of the biggest brokers in the world.

Bank de Binary is paying CTFC $11 million following a court settlement for allegedly circumventing the US ban on on off-exchange binary option contracts and illegally signing up American customers on its trading platform. Under the settlement, which was accepted by the US regulating authorities, Banc de Binary will pay $7.1 million in disgorgement and restitution, $2 million to the CFTC and $1.95 million to SEC in civil penalties. The founder of Bank de Binary, Oren Laurent, will put in $150 000 from his own money as part of the settlement. A little over $9 million from the entire sum of $11 million will be used to repay the damages done to US customers of the platform.

I think they also got fined by CySec. It's good to see justice served for a change.

I support this thread 100%.
It will be difficult however to label a broker just because you think they have scammed you.
I do think that whatever issues a trader experienced with a broker should be listed here so that the trading community can decide for themselves how to interpret it.
For me a BIG issue is order execution , slippage and the like. Brokers should be exposed for "dirty play".
The difference in execution of orders when running an EA on different brokers and multiple monitors is what is busy bothering me.
Brokers have different plug ins to steal from traders .
I will soon post "my issues" here if this continues on my live accounts.
I have no doubt that brokers resort to "stealing" when a trader seems profitable. Lets expose them . The regulators does not have a handle on all of them and that is why they are getting away with this.

Well I think we can also include IronFX, InstaForex, Mercerfx as they're vivid example scumbags, had personal negative experience with ironfx and saw lots of complaints on rest

Hey guys, let's put all the brokers to the scam area, close Forex market and nobody would be cheated anymore, let's imagine how the world could be without dirty brokers and honest and all the time right and highly experienced traders....Seriously, if people were born these all the time complaining traders, their first word would be SCAM

It is clear that you have not been scammed properly.
The moment you lose money because of continuous slippage you will understand.
Traders are making brokers rich and for that reason you as a trader have all the right in the world to point out broker criminalities.
The more the scam brokers are being exposed the more they will lose business and other brokers will get the message.
They will simply sweep the floors with us if we do not let them know that we are aware of their tricks.

Good advice, just stay away from brokers without good regulation like FCA or ASIC (check it if information about regulation is legit, everybody can write whatever wants), avoid all market makers, always check if broker is side of any transaction you make, if it is broker doesn't want you to win. Trading forex is hard enough that it's better not to have your broker as your opponent.
