GBPUSD SHORT @1.42412

H4 - 21 STO pointing down 100 bellow 50 risoma pointing down and power in adx
H1 - 21, 100 STO pointing down risoma bellow 50
M15- (ENTRY TF) DS crossed risoma pointing down again 100 sto bellow 20 21 sto moving down
M5 - full power adx 21,100 bellow 20 and 50 Risoma bellow 50 heading 20

Please advise on my trade as I really need

thank you for sharing this interesting finding about RSIOMA will take note of this while I am still testing out systems created here by forexalien. Will join in once i get used to how to trade this system becuase there are a lot of concepts here that are viable to every trader's decision that needed to be digested by a newbie trader like me.

Hi, this is going against you.
This is my H4 where the channel seems to be breaking. Rsioma went over 50= long. Stoch. 100 abandoned the bottom and is over 20. Stoch. 8,3,3 failed to bottom out on your trade and is going up for a new push higher.
I have to review your charts for they are not like mine.

Here are some points about your trade:
- on M5 it seems you took the trade when green Stoch. and 8,3,3 where at bottom and 100 Stoch. sloping down. On ADX you were at full scale and a turn was in the cards;
- on M15 there could have been a DS trade short and all Stoch. were down or pointing down;
- H1 confirmed the down slope but seems no power on ADX;
- on H4 green Stoch. and Rsioma were over 50= long and Stoc. 8,3,3 was turnig up. Moreover ADX seemed at top (not in my chart).
Hope it helps to know better this system.

I have closed the trade but I'm really struggling to figure out this system though I have read almost 100 pages It would be great if you can advice what exactly to look for a trade setup.

Please correct me if I'm Wrong ..

Is this can be considered as a signal

Yes this is a Buy signal. But let me give You a General advice: is always better To enter on a retracement And surf all The wave. I Think You are still mastering The Rsioma And Ds But put a eye on ADX And when They are At full scale wait for a retracement.

I would ignore it because it is a "sit on your hands" situation. H4-m5 Rsiomas are moving toward different directions.

Would you guys post your opinion about GJ. I see that all TF's below daily are long but when looking at daily then I'd go one more leg down. Appreciate your views on this...

I have two questions about your system.

Can the M5 rsiomas come up from any lower level, for example, go down to 70 and then up to 80?

Must all higher timeframe rsioma lines be above 80 for a buy entry and below 20 for a sell entry?

Yes,one more leg down or this is a correction wave on daily tf.
Either way,should go short soon for a slingshot or wave b.

First of all it is not my system. It is Alien's system. I'm just using it.

Now your questions: 1. A good retracement usually should move below 50 then comes back. but I prefer anything between 60-40. Remember that Rsioma is after all like RSI oscillator and anything above 50 is still in the bulls zone and is not a perfect sign of an oversold area. 2. If all higher time frames are above 80 the signal is more valid unless it is given at the final stages of wave 5.

But let me explain a bitter reality fact. 1- Entering early with less than optimal signals can gives you a high risk\reward ratio but of course the winning rate drops 2- On the other hand entering later with well established signals can give you higher success rate but less risk\reward ratio.

So what should you do as a trader? Well it depends completely on you and the type of trader you are and your psychological characteristics especially those that are dealing with fear.
I use the second approach. However to increase my edge I prefer to take those signals that are indicating the start of the 3rd wave.

Don't worry too much you lose sometimes but at the end your wins not only cover your losses but also grow your equity. Do not give up if you see some false signals. Do not try to change the system. Do not try to add more and more indicators to filter this or filter that. learn the rules and you will see the results. Here another key rules of the thread (not all rules). be with them and you are safe:

1-Trade with the direction of higher time frame Rsiomas
2- Do not trade when you see Rsiomas in each time frame go to different directions
3- Do no trade against the direction of green stochastic
4- Do not trade without momentum. wait for ADXs to expand.
5- watch very very closely consolidation areas. most of the time price will explode after the breakout of the consolidation. use BB squeeze or as Mr. Alien said just draw horizontal lines from highs and lows of consolidation area and wait for price to break those.
6- watch divergence between price and Rsioma or Stochastic.
7- Ds trades have a very high success rate watch them.
8- Beware bounce hooks. They are very powerful signals of reversal. Use them if you can or at least respect them if you don't want to get burnt.
9- This is a visual system. If you see Rsioma is hanging around the 50 line with no clear direction find another pair. do not try to use a convince yourself that it is going up or down. if it going somewhere it should be clear at first sight.
10-Remember to let the trade come to you ! Don't Force something that is not there
