Hi Dove

Great thread, really enjoying reading about the Paradox System.

When we buy a retrace to the EMA (like Friday) we want a positive bar right, unlike for example a buy retrace to the parabolic and it doesn't flip (again like Friday)? Also, the same question if the price attaches to the SAR (in an uptrend) we are expecting a retrace to support, we are again buying a positive bar from the support?

So the only retrace in these cases where we would buy a negative bar is it hitting and not flipping the parabolic?

Dove Thank you so much, I, similar to RCBarlow am 62yo searching for a way to supplement a measly pention,
and I'm wondering if you trade the little Arrow alerts that come up or are they then in turn subjected to the very detailed functions
of the multiple indicators you have described before placing a trade. ????

Did you put all the indicators into your MT indicator folder, as described in the manual?

Looks like you installed only the template and not the indicators. Thats also the reason you don't get any "indicator list" because when adding the template, MT4 could not find the indicators and therefore could not load the indicators to the chart. And no indicators means no indicator list.
You only get some objects like text and lines.

Check your MT4 version. Click "Help-about". It must be 9.50.

Hello Dana. In post #20, you mentioned changing the standard alert to a more noticeable sound.

• The indicators with alerts, have no option to change the sound alert to something else.
• We do not have the .mq4 files to open the code.

Then how is this accomplished?

Sorry for trying to answer your question, instead of Dana.

I think what Dana means is there is a file in the Sounds folder what is called alert.wav.
When you play this file you only hear a simple beep.
When the alert function of the Paradox is triggered you only hear a small beep. And if you are not close to your desktop/laptop then it is possible to miss the entry.
So what Dana mentioned is create a wav file from one of your favorite songs. For example nicesong.wav
Go to your sounds folder of MT4.
Rename the alert.wav file into original_alert.wav.
Then copy the file you made (nicesong.wav) to the MT4 sounds folder.
Rename the nicesong.wav to alert.wav.
The next time the signal is triggerd it will pick up the new "alert.wav" and instead of hearing a small beep, you hear your favorite song.

Is there any way to add 127 and minus 127 to the fibo indicator, or is it not needed? I am thinking I could use it as a target.

Actually yes, as you can see on the chart. And i just reinstalled, indicators and templates, thats weird.

First tried loading .mpg. Did not work until I converted to .wav.

I want to thank those traders that are helping others with problems. But those with problems such as the two hour charts means they are looking for short-cuts by not reading every line of everything I had posted. If they had of - then the 2 hour chart would be showing. If you had installed everything as instructed and did not reboot your MT4 that too will cause problems.

I'm sorry - but you cannot add anything or else you will corrupt the system. You have to understand. This system is not standard in any way, form, or fashion.

Dear Dove,

don't get me worng, but what exaclty are all those Lines (ROMAR, Smooth, White Purple) if not some sort of Moving Average of some sort? It#s very kind of you sharing your system but it seems a little bit like a black box to me. I would love to understand What your indicators show exaclty.

If you read his prior posts, he admits that his indicators consist of many things. Most of us would not even understand if he explained it in detail, which I am sure he does not plan to do. The indicators he developed are combined to show us when to enter the market. It allows us to SEE what the market is doing so it is not a black box. Enjoy the cake and don't worry about how it is made.
