You have repeatedly performed opposite trades with an intention of taking advantage of the bonus and securing guaranteed profits, and such activities are strictly prohibited by the terms and conditions.

If you had done it once, I would have given you a benefit of a doubt. However, you have performed opposite trades in two accounts belonging to you more than once and judging by your trading history you were well aware of what you are doing and you were doing it intentionally.

I regret to have to inform that your request to restore your trading accounts cannot be fulfilled due to violations of the terms and conditions, and that you are strictly prohibited from opening any new trading accounts.

Please note as soon your accounts have been terminated, we have refunded remaining balances in full and we have no further obligations towards you.

On many occasions in the past many of my emails went unanswered. Sent them more than once & still nothing. BUT hey maybe Google lost my emails? This client had his account closed & profits deleted. XM is a reputable and transparent legal entity and is by all standards a leader in the Forex Sector. XM has done nothing wrong or illegal.

While I appreciate you commenting in our thread, I would to ask to avoid making false claim and conclusions before all the facts are presented.

First of all, no profit was cancelled and the client received full refund of his balance. Second, we have informed the client of termination of his trading accounts and of the reason for termination. However, the client did not reply to the email and did not try to dispute the decision.

If you share your account number with me via PM, I will escalate the issue you had with our customer support to an appropriate person.

If I had done the same thing, but whithout the bonus, would that be prohibited too? Because if that is taking advantage of the bonus, I would prefer not to receive it. I just traded with the bonus because it was there, it is automatcally done by XM.I did that strategy that you described, but not to take advantage of the bonus, as I would do the same thing without any bonus.

I must say XM support and account manager terrible. I always email to the manager about my query but unfortunately it really really bad. That's why I PM you regarding queries and issues. You are only one who are helping here!

Dear Xnd08,

After a thorough investigation of your trades, it has been concluded that you did not have a genuine interest in trading in the financial markets and that your only goal was abuse of our trading conditions and promotions. I am afraid that your accounts would have been terminated in any case due to abusive trading practices.

Please note that remaining balance of your account of USD 22.34 and GBP 95.38 was refunded in full to your Neteller account on 02.12.2015.

If you have a zero balance and you do not use your card for more than 180 days, it will be deactivated automatically. If you have deposited funds to your XM card before, you may continue using the card but you can no longer deposit more funds because your account with XM has been terminated.

As I understand you are trying to find out the reason for suspension of your trading accounts, and I would like to mention straight away that this would not have happened if you had replied to our emails as promptly as you have made this post on FF.

Please note that the maximum number of open trades per client (including pending orders) is 200 in order to maintain optimal load on our servers, and you had over 600 orders split between multiple accounts. We have tried unsuccessfully to reach you over the phone on the number provided upon registration in order to discuss this matter and also we have sent you several emails. Since we have not been able to reach you, and you have not replied to our emails, it has been decided to terminate your trading accounts and fully refund any remaining balances.

If you have any further questions or concerns, I kindly ask you to contact you account manager.

Sudden spike from 9710 to 9780 after that spread increased to 7 point (your overnight dax spread), few minutes later price fell to match market price and spread normalised. Please explain.

I don't see what the problem is. You should see what other brokers do! In my experience XM is a fair and honest broker, though I would prefer that the spreads were a bit lower.........

The problem is that the price was never above 9740 with any other broker at this time. It spiked, was there for a few minutes and then fell to real market price as you can see.

I cannot speak of other brokers you are trading with but I have confirmed with our dealing department that prices were correct and the spike you are referring to is an actual market move.
