Great to know. I've had a positive experience with them as well and have seen nothing but positive reviews. A little off subject but have you had a problem with withdraws? I just set up a Bitcoin wallet so I'll be attempting that within a few weeks myself.

No issues whatsoever. Strange thing is, my withdrawals are actually quicker offshore than they were with US brokers. Imagine that.

Looking forward to that. I just did a withdraw from my FXCM account and it took 5 days for it to hit my bank account.

Well, of course, it has to travel farther. US to US. There is not ONE GOOD THING about US forex brokers.

FXCM accept US trader?

Why are there brokers accept all trader from all over the world while some not?

FXCM is based in NYC and thus = FIFO

I just wasted an hour opening an account with FinFX only to learn they no longer accept US clients.

They used to when they were unregulated but since they have decided to be regulated by the CySec, it has decided not to accept US clients. It's a shame. I find they were quite noble in their intention previously of remaining unregulated just to accept US clients and etc. but now they have clearly fallen to the dark side. Too much pressure from the US I guess.

They transferred all existing clients to Tallinex.
Sensus Capital is in the process of dropping US clients also.

I traded with Tradersway years ago and nothing but positive customer support and no issues.
They still take US clients.

What are my obligations if there is no tax statement etc, to be leagal if anyone knows.

I really don't know any good broker accept US trader. Maybe US trader only trade with US brokers, anyone know a good US broker? Just want to check how difference between genuine international broker and US broker.
