you must try compile with metaeditor buddy, and you will see the warning

The warnings useally doesnt matter to run the files correctly. I have no spare time. Try the files and if they dont work, maybe i will have a look.

And please, dont call me buddy

I have checked the code and I can find no reason for it to fail to close your trade, there should have been an error report if the EA tried to close the trade but failed.

I tested it today and as you can see, it closed the trade perfectly when it reached 50% of the SL.


2016.01.21 15:32:25.640 Close Orders at SL Percent v1.1 XAUUSD,M15: close #10897054 sell 0.01 USDJPY at 116.690 sl: 117.300 tp: 115.000 at price 116.997

The only thing that I can think of is that the price spiked to 127.946 and immediately reversed. When price moves quickly, EAs can sometimes miss ticks. If it only hit that price for 1 tick and then went down the next tick, the EA may have missed that price.

The EA calculates the balance at the start of the day (midnight) and calculates the loss as a percent of that account balance. In calculations, it ignores trades that do not have a stoploss.
