Why are you trying to emulate Philippine? I don't think he has rules written in stone. He told us a hundred times already. Observe PA and MACD. I suppose he developed a 'feel' for PA, at least that is how I see it. It is next to impossible IMO, for him to explain what is he exactly doing.

The strategy has evolved from the original idea. It works, but like any other thing - requires patience, study, understanding and practice...lots of it. It is all written down, all you gotta do is read. Best, Josh

Yes you are correct....I have a hard time articulating all of this....after the fact a posted chart is dead....it may map price but it does not show you the pulse of that price at any given moment....that is something you can only see live.....there are no set in concrete rules to all of this...has anyone seen a set of rules yet that has preformed over time....a rule based system still needs that feel to succeed.....lots of chart time is the only answer....just sit back and observe...

bettervolume, jesus christ... is so hard find all of those informations few pages back ? You want template, you want rules, what else you want ? Philippine trading on your account ? Just stop be pigheaded and start doing what Philippine wrote. This is aint about indicators or colour of your bricks, this is pure PA so deal with it... I was quietly for 1 month after private chat with Philippine during which I started step by step doing all what he recommended me, to reach level as I am now. 1 month without any trade, only observing and bTesting thats all.
And for everybody - read 10 times again and again post from Dee, where he posted link about indicators and how to use them successfully, that one link change my look on whole trading. It is not about MACD or Stochastic MAs crossing, 20, 50, 80 lines or things like that. Philippine is prove of why the clear PA always decides where price will go, he throw Stochastic out of the chart and look at his results, without any different...

1 week ago one trader from neighbour State asked me for my rules, template, setups - I gave him exactly what I have in my chart and guess what ? He is in DD and I am in green pips in the end of week. So I was asked again if I am willing to share via TeamViewer realtime my trading with him and there I stopped him with exactly words as I wrote you now. Just oberve, read all Dees and Philippine posts there and start making money, nobody else will do it instead you. You can post everyday your trades or analysis there for comment, that will be 1000 times better for you than writing the same questions again and again all the time.

Do not get me wrong that I am hard on you, just people there are too lazy read all pages and they want after read the last 2 pages digging 500 pips a day from chart. It took me only 1 month ! So start now and you will see what I am writing about in a month. Good luck man

I understand what you saying is correct but trading is visual and some people are visual basic so if you study red and blue charts don't trade green and red charts and if you are studying normal charts and size of bar is 1cm for 10 ticks then when you do actual trading you should trade bars that are same size ...its a visual thing ...at least that's what I think

Put this to bed. 1st chart Phili. 2nd chart mine.

1. there is a slight difference in scaling. Perfectly normal, depends on your broker and your monitor settings. Also I am showing 2 MACDs which changes the Bar scaling.
2. there is a slight difference in wicks. I am using a different Renko EA and there is probably a difference in the tick data.
3. there is absolutely no difference between the shape or slope of the MACDs.
4. the bottom of the fib Phili's reads 9616, mine reads 9620, mine is snapped to the bottom of the bar Phili's is freehanded, but there is still likely to be a difference because of the difference in Tick data.

None of the differences make any difference, the charts are essentially the same, the information on the charts is identical.

Dee, do you still pull your stop to BE+2 after 5 pips in profit like you did when trading the EUR or do you wait for more pips in profit on Ger30 due to the greater volatility on Ger30?

the 2 charts does look the same ,,,,for some reason it just looked different on my charts ,,,maybe its the color contrasts which i used on my charts.

GER30+2+10+10+6+2+10+10+10+10+10. US30+10+10+10. Just over 2 hours of After Hours Trades and 110 pips.

I did not get back until late yesterday (Friday) so I decided to scalp a few to just put some points on the board. I opted for a 10 pip TP and a BE +2 @5 pips (note the time of the trades) one size does not fit all. I got a bit carried away as the trades just kept coming.
I wanted to try out the US30 (DOW) as the Carpe DIem boys always change over to the DOW when the DAX Xetra has officially closed, I could not be bothered setting up a Renko chart and the Carpe Diem boys trade off 1 min, and less, so I wanted to see what it looked like and how it ran, it is quite volatile and jumps up and down a lot, reminds me of the e-mini S&P and the GBPUSD, but because of that it is a relatively easy 10 pip scalp, I just tried a few as it was getting late in the evening.
