Hey Steve, its 5m EU (I trade mainly EU), I watch when price close above "sthng" (which is the red line) and wait to retest that lev. I go with first candle which touches that SR with same SL 10 pips + spread, TP is same 2xrisk = 20 pips + spread
(I am using a Windows program to cut and paste... much easier and faster)

....faster is not always better

If you really wanna help with some knowledge, use techsmith or jing, or lightshot...there are quite a few options.

notice how price came down to pick up the last stop area i drew at London session begin. Price comes on waves and hits stops, it cannot move always traight. Its always needs to hunt something to get movin
