unfortunately sometimes moves happen too rapidly but missed chances should not force us to rush into trades. there are always other opportunities out there. patience.

yes,it happened too quickly even I was thinking this would come on london session.

currently running several new positions: short euraud, short eurcad, short eurusd. waiting for the right setup to buy nzdusd. charts tomorrow. need some rest.

I am short GBPUSD @ 1.4790 area and sl is on BE.

Just wondering that where should I get out.


this is a swing trade and want to let it run untill it touces support 1.4600 or 1.4560.
any advice will be appreciated.

not to answer for tashent,but ive also got shorts from similar prices,what's paramount is price trading below 14771 ,ill be protecting my entry price also,ny will kick in soon and that will be our test of that converged level 70 to 90,if she remains below that zone the next converged interest is 14540 to 90.there is certainly some buying around these present levels,time will tell.
the converged zone we are presently trading around is my key to bias

To me ,it seems we should be feel now in safe zone as price is making lower lows.

yes agree ,but we need to see the 51 level priced through with conviction,n/y may or may not assist.

usually i look at exits depending on the TF i used to get into entry. if i have been planning something for a few days through 4h and daily charts, then i definitely define my exit according to 4h or daily levels. if scalping levels on 5-15 minute chart, i am happy to get out with 20-30 pips.
if your trade is based on longer tf, i would advise to wait. otherwise take the profit and run, because sometimes price will keep coming back to your entry point before trend resumes.

yes, now it is testing if this late pa was short term trend reversal or just a bounce. if price goes up to today's high, we have a reversal. otherwise see you at around 1.4720 for double bottom and then possibly 1.46x
btw my sell order got filled at 1.4784
