You can check the orange ane red news labels on the chart to see which news will be good to trade. The USDCAD should have some movement the first two days.

I foresee Aug21 8:30AM CAD Retail Sales news as a mover. Last month it moved the USDCAD by 70 pips in 2 minutes. perhaps it would do the same should the news results in a big dissapointment.
