Hi Alfonso, I would like to clarify the following screenshot with you regarding one of your older webinar dated 15 Dec 2014 "Supply & demand Swing/Position Trading Analysis". As attached is the screenshot from the video with questions about whether supply 1 & supply 3 being valid or not? Because it wasn't explain clearly during the webinar; it was at first said not to be valid, then hugh question it again later in the webinar about it being inherited levels, however it wasn't clear enough for me to make a conclusion. Currently I'm still doing my forward test practice in forex tester2.

Will appreciate anyone knowledgeable or Alfonso to clarify on this. Thanks for everything in this thread!

Hi, if you don't mind. Here's my view in the attached image. Demand 2 (green box) removed supply 1 (orange box), and the most recent supply (shaded green box) removed demand 2.

The template can be easily created by changing colors as you do for Metatrader, nothing special. Indicators I use are not needed for the tests, they are not included since they have been created by members of the community. Merry Xmas

You have not read the rules or watch the videos then, a zone is in control when price retraces to it and it's been tested, that's all. It does not need to remove opposing area, why should it?

I usually don't take into account inherited levels, I often don't even draw them on my chart. If inherited it's supply of course, but I don't take them into account unless it's nested within a fresh bigger timeframe.

my opinion:
you don't provided symbol or timeframe in your chart! if you say this is an alltime high than there can't be supply in control (don't forget the higer timeframes). it looks like 2:1, so fresh level and validated by making alltime high. demand in control and your demand will take control if we got back to it.

plz fogive me , still i do not have crstal clear idea about ur answer ... soo as rules eur/usd supply in controll.. soo is it valide zone ? all d zones which are controll the markets are valid ??

A valid zone does not mean it's a tradable zone, you need to do a top down analysis of 3 timeframes at least and decide if you are a counter-trend trader or not, else wait

in different timesframes there are different zones in control. there is a difference between in control, valid and for sure tradable. Post your question with symbol and timeframe and you will get the best answers. your question is not crystal clear to me a bit confusing...

Hi all,

Is it possible to disable the rectangle extender from showing lower timeframe's proximal & distal lines in the higher time frame? I have went through the settings & watched the rectangle extender's video but found no clue on how to disable it.

It's explained in the instructions, I believe it's also in one of the videos. There are settings called H4_Trendlines, D1_Trendlines, etc. Those are true/false variables, set them to false and that should work. If you set it to false, I believe it won't display those lines on any timeframes, neither lower nor higher timeframes, that function is precisely built for that reason, if disabled it won't work. I never disabled it, so I might be wrong about it.

Thanks Alfonso. I'm aware of that setting to turn off trendlines entirely. I thought there might be a way to disable lower timeframe's trendlines from showing in the HTF only. I wanted to show the trendlines in the lower TF but not HTF, but that's alright. Couldn't ask for more from such a useful & free indicator.
