It looks nice results , but sure you know that its not accurate backtest , when you will post it to enable us to forward test ?

Nice results Math, congrats... Did you use the variable sized renko or fixed size?

If it is no big trouble, could you test the ea on rangeboxsize bars that I have posted?

The results are generated for 10 pips EURUSD non-gap Renko. For backtesting on Range Bars, I need to generate EURUSD1.hst filled with range bars first. I may do it later.

all the time i'm asking myself why you don't want to add original filter (RenkoStreet Trend) from original strategy , i find it so helpful
i hope you could consider my opinion , trading manually with it give very good results but sure it's impossible to monitor all pairs .

Mathtrader, thanks a lot for your effort and generosity. I will be waiting the release.

In the mean while I am forward testing the version 1.7.
- I just want to know, do you use default settings on the EA?
- And the "Renko Brick Size" should be set to 100?

I took a long time (months) trying to backtest renko without good results.

I think easiest way to do it is as follows:

1. Create you renko chart for a pair
2. Open that chart, while the chart is open "Save as" csv format
3. Disconnect mt4 from internet
4. When the internet connection is off, open history of that pair for any time frame you desire, except 1 minute
5. While the history quotes are opened in front of you, select all rows and delete all
6. Import the csv file you created to that history
7. Close history screen
8. Go to backtester and start you backtesting "using open prices only". Using the same timeframe you deleted and imported the csv file

Thats it....The backtesting will be correct

Important Note:
Mind you since you are going to lose the history of the timeframe you deleted, I suggest you do this on a separate platform instead of your trading platform
