What is the final version of this system. I want to trade this manually. Can anyone summarize the whole system in one post with indicators and template so that I can use it for my trading. Thanks in advance.
Renko channel + Fast EMA = simple and profitable
I like this system for its simplicity and will try next week on a demo account, I also plan on trying with CFDs (US30 for example). My setup is very similar to the original post and I am using MathTrader7 work for plotting the Renko chart. I compiled everything into a single zip file attached to this post. I also included my template with a color scheme that is close to the first post. Enjoy and thanks for your work.
As mentionned in my post, I tried with some CFDs on US30.I on demo account this evening (~1h30 span). Base chart is M1 and I added M2 to generate the Renko. Still finetuning, tweaking and experimenting, just consider this as a quick diary from the laboratory.
For US30, I put the Renko brick size to 6. My lot size is 2 US30.I (~17.3k), I tried with 1 US30.I first.
I'm trying to add some other indicators, currently looking at ADX and volatility. It's not worth trying to play with the Renko if there are no steep valleys and mountains, peaks must be clear. I summarized my first attempts in this table, I did not pay much attention to the 200 EMA for the moment but it would definitely discard some weaker entries, I wanted to test it in "long & short" mode.

Ok, made some minor tweaks.
Just to clarify, I'm running version 1.7.
Because I found a lot of the trades from yesterday were stopped out prematurely, I have now decided to forward test with these settings:
The setup/pairs list I'm running this on are:
Will leave this on until the end of the year (or until I hit a ridiculous drawdown) and see what happens.
