But as I see, looking at your idea when it is combined with asian range it works very nice (at least on history)
The main thing I think for all traders here is how you choose the pattern which confirms yours entry.
At first I thought that u use engulfing candle then that u use highest bull candle open, and lowest bear candle open for marking the strong levels, with the last pic u made a fool of me...
do not have any idea right now what did you saw there...I am marking strong levels = confluence of at least two points of price close (I could say "there and back again" bc I am a fan of LOTR

i am fan too !yes, i think everyone should have his own tool box full of patterns and setups....

Owned, haha! Its not that important where exactly to enter. Your question should be: why did you anticipate that the previous high will hold? And why they didn't stop run it?
