my turn for bad luck or bad judgement, i had a nice size short at 93 level and was very tight on the stop pierced up and hit my stop to the very pip ,then dropped 65pips umm ,managed 20 on the bounce from the lows back up from my wkly averaged.,which has lessoned the blow

closed ej shorts for some profit. waste of time.
not seeing any tradeble setups across the board. maybe uj short, not sure. i will watch this pair.

shit happens, the most important thing is you were not on the wrong side of this drama. i assume there are many traders lost hell a lot of money today trying to catch the falling knife. there is always another opportunity to catch. trade wise and good luck DM

I got 70 pips on a AUD/USD short today which is very good for me.
Just shorted AUD/JPY.AUD/USD AND NZD/USD

i exactly know where you shorted au and your spot was brilliant. i was very hesitant to put a sell order there before going to sleep yesterday, but just was not too sure it will reverse there.
i am also looking for a good spot to short au and aj but not going to touch nu from short side. i will be long usd and jpy with jpy being my favorite.

Just shorted USD/JPY second entry at same price
started using different software not sure how to add charts with ProRealTime.

A 1 pip gain is better than a 1 pip loss.

aj short does not look too bad but it is moving too slow, so i have no open positions.

yes, this is my plan but everything depends on how things will develop throughout the day until the news... it is gonna be a shitty day for sure.

we have different situation here. my shorts were stopped out so i took another short (121.92). just added 2 more. my plan is to be ready for news with some positive positions and set sl to be and pray. but i doubt this will work because there could be great volatility today wiping out many positions up to 100 pips from both sides. everything is in God's hands.

if things do not go my way, i will just close everything and stay out until after the news. saying that couple of GU, AUD/CHF and AUD/NZD shorts will remain open, with all stops being placed at BE.

hi PA1. i think the best plan for today is staying out of markets. it is a day of heavy manipulations. so do not expect things work the usual way. lots of surprises coming. so i am more keen to close my ej and uj shorts if anything unusual start happening.
