Problems filling orders before news, which type of broker?

Before big news announcements my orders can not be filled because of liquidity problems or right direction. My broker didnt filled my order (hotforex) before NFP and this was a winner so i lost so much profit. Which kind of broker doenst has this issue, ECN or Marketmakers?

I don't trade around major news events so I cannot comment. Far too unpredictable for my taste in trading.

NFP trading is far tricky you can imagine. I'm also with Hotforex and for news trading I use only fixed spread account and enter at least 5 min before news release (especially NFP). Pure market makers offer better fill but there is a conflict of interest between broker and trader so I doubt they will allow to bite a good chunk of profit with big lot, etc.
And NFP trading is everywhere the same (talking about retail brokers).You can find only worse I think

How do you do to know the direction of nfp in this case?

True ECN brokers do not guarantee stop loss levels, limit and stop order levels neither. They execute a limit/stop order at the first available quote price even if it is 100 pips away from the level you had set. But they execute market orders like a charm even a few seconds before high impact red news. If you are going to use straddle strategy, forget about ECN brokers. You may find a market maker broker for that strategy though.
Trading is the hardest way to make easy money...

But market maker will not execute my order as if I win, they loose money

I mostly now the direction 5 seconds before news, the problem is that ecn brokers dont have the liquadity to execut the trade, and markermakers dont allow me to fill in the order because of the direction. If i had the chance to execute my order pre 5 seconds to big news events it would be fantastic.

You didn't lost anything because you had no position.
You already noticed that nobody wants to take high risk before unknown outcome of the news, but people still trying to gamble.
Look at this situation from different angle - when creating this kind of un-tradable conditions - for broker it's just a nice way to say to "stay away during these events".

I also agree with your point. Some brokers see high risks from the market and want to prevent trader trading at that period. We should check with broker first and confirm if it's intentional or untentional.

the idea of you knowing what the market will do 5 seconds before the figures come out is just preposterous rofl ... you know nothing, just as well as you knew nothing 5 minutes before ...

Like i said if there are brokers out there that can fill in orders 5 sec before NFP then i would like to know.

You can ask this broker if they will execute trade just before news http://www.rfxt.com.au/. Earlier they had also fixed spread account, it was market maker few years ago, but they had very fast, good quality execution. Now I use only ECN brokers and avoid all important (red data), so I can't tell you more.
You can also check https://www.xtb.com/en/account-infor.../account-types.
And www.xm.com, they advertise "legendary execution", but they have ugly spreads.

just my two cents, Im no big fan of the NFP releases, and if uncertain in any way JUST AVOID IT! thats what i do, I've seen some ugly out comes, with both good and bad brokers, and quite honestly it just made step away from the whole ordeal in the first place, its way too risky, unless you are atleast 80-90% certain of the outcome.
