Oil prices set to drop down even more with the US oil production peaking at 9.164 million barrels a day. WTI fell to $36 a barrel last week.

I am Oil trader as well.

Looking at market now all eyes are on wednesdays FOMC meeting. I think we can see up move on oil if FED doesnt raise rates this year. Fundamentaly at the moment bull market in oil can happen only if we see serious war situations in middle east and some fear of cutting supply from that area. All other fundamentals are pointing that oil will trade 40$p/b for some time.

What is your trading approach Mohsinali?

hello, i want to ask for the oil's traders on the future market, about the rollover
what is your opinion about new contract price that always higher than previous price?
and what do you think about the bottom price for oil's price?
is it possible that oil's price will break 30$/b?

Dear for me i like trade mostky inta day on breakout and when i am sure that price goes in my direction i move stop to breakeven to enjoy free trade. I am still in buy with 36 stop.For my openion crude trade between 30 to 50 rest of year until some vety big news (war etc.)Basically crude compete with natural gas...

YanuarPNB-- More than likely, crude has not seen it's bottom and has a good chance of continuing its downward move. But if you're going to trade crude NEVER assume that crude is going to go up or down. Let the market tell you where it's going. Crude has the ability to change directions with very little warning. And as for the rollover, that's just the way it is. Unless you are a long term position trader the difference in price from one contract to the next means NOTHING.

Hey guys nice to see this thread back to life again.

My fundamental opinion:
US are one step before they are going to increase interest rates, I it makes me think if a country does so exceptionally well that they want to increase rates, equities are trading at record prices and all indicates that US is Economically on top of the world. But it seem strange to me that a country doing so well has a problems with Oil consumption and their storages are almost maxed out??? Something in this picture is no right, Oil is the most important commoditie for growing economies and US is by the number doing exceptionally well but oil consuption is not following the supply? As well globaly China has one of the worst years as export goes so their economy is slowing down and that puts extra pressure on oil demand. World growth forecast is weak, if us raise rates they will slow down their economic activity, Europe is holding its head above water with QE programs, China slowing down i just cant find more demand in near future. Only scenario that can change the picture is WAR and fear of cutting supply from middle east can pust oil prices round 60$p/b.

My trade from today. Yesterdays price action indicated that we might get a bullish tuesday so I saw opotrunity and grabed it. Look at bellows chart.

The perception that the US is on top of the world is just that... the equities have been on a bullish run simply because of the Fed's pumping money into the economy.. Theoretically, interests rates are raised in order to slow down an over heating economy and control inflation. Since neither of those two are actually happening, (in my opinion) the raising of interest rates is purely political... The only reason we have unemployment at 5% is because of the large number of (otherwise) eligible workers are now on welfare. Under the idiot running things now, welfare participation has doubled and the number of people NOT participating in the work force is at levels not seen in decades...
