Some say hiking USD would be bad for BTC price, i say oposite, hiking would deter EM capital and some would fly into BTC, which would be stronger force than pure dollar strenght.

Current short term play:

Vol res lowers 500 to 465, while current structure gives up move support to it. Thus lowering TP to 460 from 498.

Bitcoin and altcoins follow elliot wave counts VERY well. One of my favourite altcoins is shadowcash (newer version of bitcoin).

Infinitus FED rates will end up at 0, that should be no brainer considering the scale of US debt, but the most important part that austrian economists are missing is, how long will it take. That is always the most important part of investment....when-the timing. I dont think US can maintain ever growing debt and derivate markets at 3% rate, so the question is when will they cut lower again, and looking from other side, how long can they maintain higher rates that is the key question. Noone has answered that (from those who call that 0.25 rate hike will cause collapse-nonsense). I would say they can keep high interest rates long enough to cause severe damage to EMs (which is why they are raising in my view), while keeping damage to internal US markets to medium. And thats where the key is. Can they keep high rates for few years that so? Yes, with stealth or even public QE for sure. The cost of QE for EMs is way way higher than the cost of US QE, that is the key point. And FED knows that, along with those that whisper to FEDs ears. Doing QE in EMs means doing US denominated QE which is holding additional suicide bombs in your hand, or doing monetezation of budget which is straight forward inflation. A trap that is.Just saying if i would be forced to put my money on where the mouth is now , its USD buy (and i have it there). Question is when to sell. Obviously that goes against PS and other austrian economists.

If petrodollar war was to about enter round 2, FED has to hike. Lets see few days to go. Perhaps i should add i dont want to sound like most of austrian economists that are 100% certain in their view and aparently know it better than those that wield the swords, this is only my view and nothing else.

I agree with you in the most part of it. When I heard about an steady path of rate hikes during 2016, I cannot consider it. If, there is no an steady inflation, the debt payments will increase, so that's the central point. Now it looks like the FED is forced to make a hike rate, as they are slaves of their own words, and they are delaying this hike rate as much as they can.

GU structurally should go lower, will look for h1 short.
