Yes. I did go away from this system for a while looking for "HOLY GRAIL SYSTEM". Lost some $$ and came back to trade this again. This system has been consistently profitable, but I still went looking for another. I guess I learned a lesson.
Look at yesterdays trades. EVERY ONE of those recommendation made money.
He opened this thread in late 2008, and his last post here is 2013. That is 5 years! The system also got indicators created by FerruFx and EA by Ronald Raygun & Steve Hopwood. Another thread also emerged regarding this method after some point.
And his last post in forexfactory were written in this thread too.
At the end, he only trades daily and weekly refer post 2360.
He consistently profit if you look from the images he posted.
We all know that he is still using CCFp until then.
My recommendation is, read this thread again. Maybe you will get the idea

1. I still feel comfort using CCfp 1.0.2.How do you think, is this version still works good?

one comment for this ccfp strategy, (tried last year) it works as long as the trend being it does not work when you has a bad timing, just place trades at the reversing pivot point. Cheers!

I'm not trading H4 at most time. The rules is still the same.
1.Open any chart with 15 min bar
2.add CCfp Indicator.

4 Open the postion 5-10 minutes after the new bar has opened (we don't need to follow this, as long CCFp completed on the chart, it's okay).
In the above chart, i opened an alpari ecn demo m15 with +0300.
You can see that i took the trade GBPCHF from 11.01 (refer to my post earlier).
The slope of GBP is pointing up and the slope of CHF is pointing down before the vertical line. I took the trade about 45 minutes late, still made 25 pips.
The readings of CCFp determines the slope. When the CCFp reading is increasing, the slope will be up. And while CCFp reading is decreasing, the slope will go down.

The logic from this kind of trade is the inertial character that CCFp hold within itself.
if a currency starts falling it is likely to continue falling due to the inertial character of such indicators.

And the CCFp itself is quite new when we comparing between the age of indicators. Stochastic Oscillator for example is born on 1950. RSI - 1978.

ES trader ended up with d1. Some still scalping on m5, m15. Others do some swing trades here and then. So, no problem actually. As long as you enter when the market is not ranging.
To avoid ranging market, there are many theories and approaches.
For me, i believe the most profit i made was during euro-london open and ny open.
Attached is the session tab in forexfactory main page. You can see that Liquidity: 63%>average. Safe to say that you don't wanna be in trade while the liquidity is less than average, right?

I can't trade m1 because i have heart attack.

It is nice to know that we can avoid that DD quite well with CC-Diff MTF.
SL and TP is a problem for any kind of basket.
If you follow the t101 thread, you'll find that many traders keep bumping on the same questions.
For me, i feel comfortable using Dashboard by GVC. Let say if i have 1,000 account. I will set stop loss for about 100 (10% of the account). The basket need room to breath. If you feel uneasy about that, just try 3% of the account and make sure you enter the market with lowest potential for DD as possible.
For tp, i don't really care much. As long my account growing, it's good. You'll learn that when CCFp have no force to move in our favor, it's time to retreat.
The dashboard have that one unique (yet easy) function to trail stop and basket stop.
I love the dashboard so much.

- I don't look at the chart at all. Just looking for the signal given by CCFp-Diff MTF v2.0
Many refinement and tuning is available in my brain right now. Just waiting for some time to do it one at a time.

Can you recommend any settings for CCFp-Diff MTF v2.0 and Dashboard? (ecepting that you showed at Dashboard screen)
Setting for the indicator: for now, i tried using CCFp-Diff MTF v2.0 with m15, h1 and trade level is 1. And another two is CC-Diff MTF v2.0. Both use trade level 1 and m5, m15, m30 with m5, m15, h1 accordingly.
I tried my best to entry when all give the same suggestion.
Still doing some fine-tuning as my entry is a bit late in my opinion..
