I just opened an account with Darwinex. They use liquidity from LMAX, so you can get the same execution as with LMAX. LMAX is probably the best choice for retail traders. You can upload your ID and proof of address and Darwinex will approve your applicaiton in half an hour.
From what I understand they use a number of providers but they don't really name them. I think their MT4 uses the PrimeXM bridge if that means anything
i also opened an account with them recently although im yet to trade with them.they are quite a new service and there does not seem to be that much feedback on them.ive been using ig for 8 + years and up until recently was quite pleased with there service ,unfortunately of late ive experienced a larger increase in slippage which seems to be very questionable on the amounts.
Darwinex started as tradeslide, providing a trade performance tool. Since then they have integrated that tool into their new platform which is a FCA regulated umbrella to trade private investors funds.
They set up their own brokerage to provide an independant platform for traders and a stable platform for the investor trading.
I have not found anything negative about them or their businesses. I am sure they have a demo account option if you want to try it.
