Remember the possibilities of the movement of price... it is how you come to the table. Are you prepared to know the possibilities? Or are you just wanting to make a trade quickly and get in the money quickly?

If you begin to watch observe act react adapt then you begin to understand which moves the market can make, the same as within chess. If you know the possible outcomes in general, then you can plan for your method and strategy of attack.

By looking and observing and drawing daily you begin to build the mental routine and the understanding of the market to start to be ahead of the other players, and get in tune with the flow of price.

How do you handle such charts as the following one?

Do you consider only the validated forks (test and bounce) or do you draw all possible forks.
Sometimes the chart becomes very messy.
Or maybe consider only the bigger forks and the smaller ones that are also against trend do not matter?

I think I am asking how do you avoid having too much lines, you know paralysis by analysis...
