FxPro opinions?

Hello,
I apologize for putting my question here , but I already put it in the broker discussion and got no answer . I'm currently trading with FxPro but I'm wondering if it's trustworthy ? I'm not trading in million dollars - only $500 but It wouldn't be nice to get some profit then getting my account disabled when I request withdrawal or they simply scam me and I don't receive my withdrawal . I've already searched about them and what I found - almost as every broker I searched about - there are some angry people saying they got scammed or account disabled when they request withdrawal . So is FxPro trustworthy ? Is there's anyone who is currently trading with them and everything going on perfectly ?
Hi M,

I'm not sure if this will help you, but I use FxPro's cell phone application because it seems to be very stable when other applications are not. When I check prices on the application against know prices on my desk top, they usually jive pretty well.

So I can't opine on whether these guys are legit or not, but there technology seems pretty good.

I have an account with FXpro. They are accredited by the uk FCA, There are two versions Fxpro.com and Fxpro.co.uk which are under different jurisdictions.

If you want their credit card, which I have, it's fxpro.com you need to sign for.

I've been with them since September 2014. They won't scam you. But their spreads may not be the best. I just joined them because they allow cAlgo which all my bots are written in. I don't like MT4 it's really like comparing Apple (cAlgo) and PC (MT4).

Have you tried to withdraw before ? and is it true if you want to withdraw your profit then you have to withdraw your withdrawal at first and then withdraw your profit ?

Hi hals12, if you fund via a card for example, you must withdraw back to that card up to the amount you deposited. Any profits may then be withdrawn via Bank wire transfer or any other method that you have previously used to deposit.

Hi hals12, just to clarify, provided we have all of the required documents, and you withdraw via the same method used to fund, you would not have any issues to withdraw your funds. We process all withdrawals within 1 working day and the time taken to reach you will depend on the method used. I can assure you that FxPro is a fully regulated and trustworthy broker, and all client funds are held in segregated accounts.

I'm so far happy with your spread & execution time on Demo account , but I wanted to be extra sure about FxPro . Before going with FxPro I read reviews about much brokers and most of them had issues . The most common issue I found was that when the client tries to withdraw his money the accounts turns into "under investigation" status and the client never receives his money back . That's why I asked the user about withdrawal - to be extra sure .

I can assure you that FxPro does not withhold any client funds, provided that you are withdrawing via the same method used to deposit. As long as you have enough free margin to do so, we place no restrictions on when or how often you can withdraw.

hello, i like to join fxpro, my question is if i fund via neteller $200 then i can withdraw to neteller $200 only? or can i withdraw any amount to neteller

Dear qasaman65,

If you fund only with neteller, then you can withdraw any amount back to it. Alternatively, you can withdraw back your initial deposit and withdraw profits via Bank wire.

Hi alvinbone,

Yes we do offer PayPal, however, if your account is opened under our FCA regulation then unfortunately Bank Wire and Credit/Debit cards are the only available funding options.
