Maxim Sokolov, the minister of transport of the Russian Federation, said what the statement on behalf of the "Islamic State" to be involved in the plane A321 crash was "false (disconfirmed) information" for now.

IMO, the ISIS trace could be very possible (fire aboard, for example).

Yes i did think this of first place. Someone filmed down plane, US embasy/organs buy the video, they put it out as ISIS statement, thats first thing i thought of. The evidence doesnt matter becouse all it matters is impact on Russian residents that will feel invovment in Syria getting dangerous to themselves, thus decreasing support for it. So Washington has win win cards in this play.

Reasonable.

However, the reaction might be directly opposite. I mean - "мочить в сортире" (in Russian).

Ye you might be right. One thing we know for sure is that Russian residents will make much less flights from their own backed airlines.

Ye looks like it wasnt SAM, becouse distance was too high, so either a bomb or technical error very likely.

You prompted me to look at VWAP/MIDAS in context of index trading. Your post looks fairly comprehensive but I remember reading an excellent piece on the use of VWAP, OBV and market stats indicator. The link for this from our old blog seems to be dead. I don't suppose you still have that material? The trouble with the Internet is its not on paper and has a nasty habit of disappearing. And this is progress.
