Do you have alarms on your charts to tell when to take the entry/exit, or do you have to sit in front of the computer and watch for hours?

How often are new 'bricks' made on your Reko chart?

No there is no alarm. Market does not move all the time and these candles gets printed when the market moves equal to the brick size. Most of the time the moves starts around Franky open.

Since bricks are not time based, it may be helpful if you could have a alarm put in which sends a text for entry/exit setup. Also a move could take several hours to set-up/complete so it is not realistic to sit in front of computer waiting for new bricks.

Well, market moves when the volume comes and volume comes either in the begining of the each session or at a big news. If you select the session say you want to trade London session which starts around 2:00 am NY time, all you need to know when a big news comming. for example the calender shows that GBP news is comming around 4:30am NY time then you need to watch what happened after that news. Volume will come and the move starts then a small retracement and you get your setup to get in.
