I do not request people high returns as 20-30 percent per month. As I describe my trade type I write in detail that my action. So trading is a risk profit game and the aim of this game is to lower the risk and higher the profit. Gaining such profit is impossible with ea's. And also gaining this much is not also permanent. But I write down what I will do and I will also give my own forex account password to the traders to monitor.
So the very important point is the trust as you mention. You will get it with the help of time. If I had money I wont ask people to trade with their money.
