First of all where do i get information about Gas and Distillates ya?
If in this situation, How do we determine what will happen here.
If the storage is increased, oil price should be going up right?

in theory yes it should !! but the decline in distils and gasoline off set what is priced in from yesterdays API report and help the bull argument !! maybe temporally , but also the report came out at a big resistance level 45$ .....so it has bounced ( how far ? who knows ? ) the bears will act again I am sure and push it to 44 a month long floor !!!!

Why do you think the price should go up with the storage increased ?
For me, logically it should be opposite !?

Thanks for the explanation nutts, really appreciate it .... i made a mistake by only looking at storage level ... I'm still learning .... so i bet if in a situation Oil Storage increase, Distils and Gasoline increase as well we would be seeing a massive bearish trend for Oil price?

May i know how do you determine there is a big resistance level at 45$ or if you can provide any other link or thread to learn about resistance level, i would really appreciate it.

The platform's Live Economic News calendar has a number of entries for all sorts of things, including oil and related announcements.

The data updates as it is published without the user having to do anything, so you can have a window open somewhere to watch events.

As SunTrader said, the trend is down.

You may benefit from some fundamental appreciation of the market. There is severe over-supply, that situation will push prices down. There is a reduction in consumption in some markets, that will push prices down. The Saudis are determined to not lose market share to US shale and alternative producers, so they are maintaining their output (continuing oversupply). Iran is coming back to supply after December this year, guess what that will do....

There has been talk of the US storage facilities becoming full at some point, it has not happened yet ... but it might and when that happens the WTI spot prices may collapse hugely. In Europe (or where the market is made) there has been difficulty finding buyers for some Brent cargos on the spot market.

However you don't need to overly consider all of the above. You should keep an eye on when the US and other shale producers finally go out of business because that will reduce the oversupply and should lift prices.

Also, read the chart. Put up a 4hr and a daily chart and just look at where the price is moving. At the moment (since beginning September) it is sitting on a floor at $44. Bulls and other hopefuls are driving the price up towards the $47 area which you target. It seems everybody is anticipating a price rebound, but the market pressure is still down.

I would say that that WTI might hit $47, but from the chart I would guess November before that happens.

today it bounced 1$ in london session, we can reach 47 before November.
