Hi Mr. Samdani,
I have been looking with a great amount of interest in the Magic Wave and checked the video on the website.
When the butterfly pattern is completed how will the trader know and what would indicate the new "A" level?
Does the small "X" indicate time to close the trade?
This looks like a very nice system.

Hi there, Butterfly Pattern is an extended pattern which means the D point goes beyond point X. Now, It CAN go to any one of these 2 levels. Either 1.27% or 1.618. How do we know when it is going to make a tern ? Well PA is the King. My Magic IB system will give a setup in the opposite direction and you take it. Now Harmonic patterns are nothing but Elliott Waves and if you know a little bit about Elliottt Waves then it become very easy to read and trade these patterns. I will post couple of chart below to show you how easy it is. It is just a matter of learning.

This is based on EUR Index chart I posted above. If I am expecting the Index to drop means EUR will get weaker, I then know that EUR-AUD have a chance to drop too if there is a bearish setup which I had and now you know the rest of the story.

Are you using 16 minutes for illustration purpose or is this the timeframe that you trade in?

On this Renko chart is a new 'brick' made after every 16 minutes or after the market moves in one direction for X number of pips?

In the above chart where did you place your stop-loss

Hi there, That Video course is for if you want to master the Harmonic Trading. BUT, If you subscribe the monthly service, you will be a part of my mailing list where I send all these before charts in the e-mails before the trade plus I do webinars every other day where I explain not only theses before charts but also teach almost everything like Harmonic patterns and Elliott Waves etc. When you subscribe, you will get all the indies and EA etc. as well .

Hi there, These 16 minutes chart is for the setups and direction and once we have the setups either Elliott Waves or a Harmonic Pattern or a simply S&R level bounce or a TL bounce, we then go to 6 minutes chart and wait for an IB setup. If we get a proper setup on the 16 minutes chart, we take it and place a 20 pips SL always. Look at the 6 min chart below.
