I recommend you Vinson Financials, a new broker but offer free-swap, rare slippage and support both MT4/MT5 platforms. But Interactive Brokers is really a good choice for any trader with large investment.

I will atleast withdraw if/when the account amount is nearing/exceeding what the regulation guarantees as safety of funds. Around 10 percent per month would be what I am aiming for.

I had a brief look at those brokers, I am not going to settle for any of them. I am not saying they are bad, they are just not what I am looking for. So far Interactive Brokers seems like a decent option.

The spreads are very tiny, about 0.3 on a busy day,
I also found another broker which maybe interest you,
"Abshire-Smith" they are London based from the looks of it,
I have no further information about them more than they are DMA and servers in London​

10% of a million? or 10% of a 3k account?

Your deposit balance matter more than alot of people think. if you are going to deposit 3k and want to withdrawal 300xxx a month you can choose free from 95% from the brokers on the market. But if you target is 10% from let say >50k your broker search have been narrowed down.

IG Markets is out of the question..


Opened an account and dealt with their Norwegian branch/office.

Deposited money with a Mastercard, the money is with a Norwegian Bank, with the Norwegian branch of IG Markets.

Now they are saying I can`t withdraw the money back to the mastercard, since it is a Norwegian mastercard..

They need a screenshot with my bank details sent to them by e-mail, so they can send the money to my bank account.

This they haven`t informed me about before I deposited money with them.

I am not going to send confidential information by e-mail. They can`t guarantee for the safety of this..

What they are doing is making barriers, easy to deposit harder to withdraw..

WTF, IG Markets, shouldn`t they be serious???

Request a charge back from your bank if deposit was recent as IG not providing the service you expected. Agree sending information by email is a no.
I use IG in the UK and regularly withdraw to a debit card. Strange.

No the deposit was this summer. Deposited by Mastercard, not from my bank.

I have used that earlier with other brokers abroad, no problems with either deposits and withdrawals on it.

Will wait and see how this turns out.

I am starting to wonder if finding a suitable broker is getting to difficult. This might not be my venue.

In all fairness, they have found a way to upload the screenshot with the bank details. This has been done. I receive the money to the bank account.

Still, the process hasn`t been smooth. A lot of for me important information hasn`t been given before depositing the money.

I have never experienced something like this. I am beeing redirected and talking to british, swedish and norwegian people.

Now everything is accepted, and they will proceed with the transfer of the money.

Still, there has been a lot of fuzz about little. This could all have been avoided if more information was given before entering a contracting relationship with them.

For me the door was wide when entering and considerable smaller when leaving.

Sorry for taking up this thread with my frustration.

As a rule big serious brokers take big spreads and commission, cause they are realy earn not on your losses, but on your volumes and number of orders. So you have to choose tough conditions but reliable broker, or perfect conditions, but your money aren't in safe.
