Trading News - 1m or 5m chart

I am experimenting with 1m and 5m chart for trading news. Sometimes one works better than the other. What works best for others who trade news?

When volitile news hits I switch to 5sec charts. Otherwise you're looking at a straight line.

I think 5 seconds is a nice chart (if your chart can provide that)... Otherwise, 1 min is ok..
