Interesting point, since week 10th May, no week has closed over 1.1370. If we avoid the exception of August, iliquid market,since then, just only two days has closed over 1.1380. And then, it falls the following day. Market decision now. Interesting moment.

Something interesting for the fib fans?

Here we go:

EU 2-day TF

when we place a fib retracement from the blue 2 to the blue 3, the following retracement from the 1.04 bottom ended at the 38.2% retracement.

When we now place a fib-expansion down from the top of the blue 4, down to the 1.1087 low and up to the 1.1495 high, we get a 1.618 extension right at the very bottom around the 1.0454 low (only a few pips difference)

Just when it was looking that weekly candle was going to close over 1.1370, with momentum, ,FED'S Mester speech, talking about US Economy can handle a interest hike. Again, week close below 1.1370.

Sorry, I'm just a newbie.
But I don't understand why Y and 4 are in that position.
It seems not valid...in my opinion.
Could you please explain?

wave 4 consists out of a complex WXY-correction

As I said in the post above (Variant B):

But more and more this count gets into trouble because wave 4 gets longer and longer. Wave blue 2 is short (time wise) and does not retrace deeply. Since EWP is calling for wave alternation, we would expect wave 4 to be long (time-wise) and/or retracement deeply.


Either it tanks now or I have to look for new main count

I was watching all your count ( including ZIG- ZAG ) inside the blue one... and we are in wave 4. Is it possible wave 4 be a complex WXY-correction ?

corrective ABC-moves is clear ...and wxy okay..... question to me is.. what next Z or wave blue 5!

its drama util it isnt. As of any macro event. Though therer are some that dont deliver. As for trading it matters only where and what you aim for. FOMC if now zzzzz....watch on for BOJ to make money. 13 days to go.

Thanks for your answer and for the links with your opinion.
Now I understand how you think about it, but I also see that we have completely different opinion.

Try to explain my opinion is not easy, and I don't want have problem with other users (I saw that here on FF the Elliotticians make wars between themselves, and this is crazy).

Thanks also about the harmonic patterns. I'm trying to improve the method and make it work with EW.
