From what i have seen in another thread, more people had the "no connection" problem. Someone contacted the broker and they recomended reinstalling MT4 to solve the problem.

I also had the same problem and if i have it again today will reinstall MT4.

It would have gone to my tp of 7, but before the trade i had already decided that if price stalled a bit before the R1 line i would close it for profit.

i took the second 15min candle (on the other side of R1 ) and was out by trailing stop for 2pips while trying for 6pips . . .

Hi all,

I am trading FX since a few years, in overall positive, but not really consistent enough. So was looking for some new ideas and found this approach by Udine.
Looks highly interesting and promising to me as it has a straight set of rules and I think may fit my trading style! Thus, I am following this thread since a few weeks and trying to comprehend. Doing this, I think I really went through most of the 1652 pages and feel it is time to give it a try on demo.

I will post my trades from this morning in a minute and would appreciated feedback if I am on the right track!

Before I post, a big thanks to all the experienced traders in this thread who consistently share their knowledge, trade examples and feedback to those trying to learn it. Highly appreciated! I hope the thread will remain active in this way...

Here my trades from this morning.
One comment: I do of course realize that with my broker the spread for some pairs is ridiculously high for this approach, but for first steps on demo...

I traded with TP=5 and SL=10 and tried to stick 100% to Udine's rules. Only exception is number of trades. I did not stop after 2 winning trades or so for training purposes.

Trade #1: EURUSD to TP
Trade #2: EURJPY to TP
Trade #3+4: GBPJPY to TP and a second to SL
Trade #5+6: GBPUSD to TP (both)
Trade #7+8: USDCAD to SL (both)

Any comments on these trades would be highly appreciated!

Wellcome to the thread.

Are you using the rules of entry from the first page? Some of the trades really dont make much sense to me, like the second GJ trade.
Most of us use some form of the rules Udine posted on post 28362.

Even though I have seen the post you are referring to before, I was trying to stick to Udine's rules from page 1. For some reason they appeared to be clearer to me.
Or are you saying these rule are obsolete and the system needed these changes to still work?

I agree with your comment on the second GJ trade. Same may apply to the second GU trade, even I have been lucky there. I think the better entry may have been on the first M15 bar within this H1 bar. But the following 2 rules from post 1 are a bit conflicting for me:
2. Entry ONLY the FIRST 00 level
20. only 1 trade per hour per pair

Rule 20 made we wait for 1 hour. But probably it rather means 1 trade per H1 bar?

1. Sync in pair.
2. Strength.
3. 5ema trigger.
4. Momentum.

If your using the rules on page 1 its better if you enter only at the start of each hour.

If you look at my recent trades, they are all at the start of the hour. But i enter at .50 and .100 levels

The best example of this are trades from Mastermind.

I see from your Twiiter feed that you placed two buys and a Sell? Is that correct?
If so, then the rules doesn't make sense as you say 1H and D should be in same direction and it won't within 1-2 hours? First up and then both down?

And I also see two lttle triangle arrows. Do they show trend change? I don't recall seeing that mentioned in the thread unless I missed it?

I heard he was trying some new stuff on twitter. If it's not posted here it has nothing to do with this method.

My trades from yesterday (friday).
Didn't work really well yesterday. Feedback appreciated... specifically if I missed some essential on these trades...

Or should I focus generally rather on other pairs that work better with this approach?

Trade #1: EURUSD to TP
Trade #2: EURJPY to SL
Trade #3: EURJPY to TP
Trade #4+5+6: GBPJPY to SL
Trade #7: GBPJPY to TP

Regarding trade #2: I did not take level 135.300 as it was too close to DO. Wrong decision or just bad luck?

Any comments on the first 2 GJ trades?
