As far as I know they don't have reps on here, probably don't want to get caught up in all the nonsense.

So you have the transfer receipts but the funds are not in your account?

I live in Oz so getting through to their Melbourne office isn't a problem.

You should have seen your money in account by now, I personally don't like using these 3 rd parties now in money transfers, i lost some myself on a withdrawal from another broker eventually got it back after a few months

I sent the e-mail again before the markets opened.

I did get a reply this time and they were very helpful. The funds are in my account now.

Hey Huys, i just create an Razor account with Pepperstone . They offer me commission of $200 if my initial deposit is $200. This means for every trade, my commission charges will deduct from the free commission.

Do you suggest i take this advantage?

Any discount or cost saving has to be good, yes?

In the end if you are any good at trading these offers have little meaning, if you are not so good it may prolong your demise.

too bad no representative of pepperstone here, the website is banned by my country regulator, unfortunately their IBs dont even care bout it unlike exness they made alternative address to access it

What I can say about peperstone is that, it is not for scalpers or news traders. HIGH SLIPPAGE ALERT. I have twice lost my money with them due to high slippage of about 43pips of slippage. Plus they dont have negative balance protection, when the 43pip slippage occured on my account it was -440usd and they told me I had to pay for it or deposit an amount higher than 500usd. Very pathetic broker. I do not recommend them. Even if you set a stop loss it does not help.

Plus their withdrawals are slow and they charge alot of comission for depositing and withdrawing

do you have a proof ,i think you are some how trying to prevent traders from there great service it happens .
can you tell us what pair you trade with what strategy and how many pips you take or make .

i have made with them 770 aud $ and withdraw about 1000 aud$ very fast my withdraw takes maximum two days to my card .
i also did not inquire any slippage some times positive fast move ,may be you entered news and your internet connection was the cause of your slippage and loss .

Sounds like a typical characteristics of distance between broker and trading platform, along with trading an exotic pair, also if you are trying to deposit and withdrawal from a foreign country to your broker you will have to pay excess fees and it will take longer. Sounds like a newbie to me.

I would even go as far to say, if you don't get slippage on an exotic pair, trading from a foreign country to your broker, I would be highly suspicious.
