Does anyone know of a broker other than forex.com that offers OCO (one cancels the other) trades?

OCO is a common feature on a lot of the proprietary platforms. I've seen it on CoesFX, GFTForex and I think MB Trading's platform as well.

MetaTrader provides an OCO feature, but it's not's exactly like the typical OCO. You can attach a stop and a limit order for a current market order in play. Whichever gets hit takes that order out of the market. So, I guess you can say that MetaTrader provides the feature as well, opening you up to a host of other brokers.

Please tell me why you would want to have OCO feature. Wouldnt hedging be a good feature to have instead? OCO would eliminate hedging . Cant you effect OCO by taking an opposite position for the same amount?

If I am missing something here.. please tell me.

GFT. you can only have 1 trade per pair at a time. its great for averaging up / down in trades, although it is a bit confusion.

I like to straddle on news events. Could I accomplish by hedging?

MGForex offers both OCO and "if done" types of trades.

OCO is a handy feature.

You can straddle by hedging, but you are paying the spread twice.
Where as OCO, of course, you are only opening and closing one position on a trade.

..but what's a few pips!?

DEPENDS ON THE BROKER.

hi please somebody advise me how and what to look for when i am looking for a new broker.i am new and i should be starting with demo but still even with demo i want to make sure i have a good broker so pl somebody advise me.
