Yup.

Keep in mind, there is an expiry date on MyEnt, Oct 3, 2015.

Will be working on revisions and possibly a new release for then.

A few things I find noteworthy about this weeks traders...

1. If you check, there are 6 pairs in trade on both of these and currently, we are hitting the Highest DD of the week.
2. At an account size of $150 (500:1), we would actually still be in profit and safe, though I would encourage others to exercise a little caution on trading any logic on a tiny account as well as being able to either cut losses knowing that the end could very well be near.
3. The exit logic on MyENT3 didn't kick in and close the trades at loss...kind of irritating because now I have to go back line by line and figure out why it worked yesterday, but not today...FACK!
4. Just as previously stated, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday are the days for this trader.

Going past that, the trial will be coming to a close this weekend and I have a few coding changes to make, have been working with a brother (Thanks Gav) on getting this thing privatized and will be looking at a complete fresh launch in the days to come.

It is...and just to reiterate, the Stop Loss function works...but the close on reverse trend at a loss, isn't.

Last week on the MyENT, without the new trend identification, there was over $200 in DD before recovery. With this week, NFP, I believe the same to be possible, but wanted to have the MyENT3 logic kick in to close because other weeks will not be as kind.

Even with this, a tap out manually would still leave profit on the week and never really touch the equity more than a fist full of dollars at most.

I am going to leave them both alone, for a couple of reasons.

One, to see if I am correct.
Two, I need to see when, where and figure out why MyENT3 closes its trades.

I am guessing that you are running with the 34 beltline and 14 trigger?

MA1=34
MA2=14

And also that you started on Wednesday, correct?

These settings, in spite of how they look in backtests are typically more suited to single play sessions and that is a couple hours prior to NY and into daily roll and even at these, a little discretion should be used.

With exception of breaking the same Wednesday run rule, I am overall happy with the changes in the trend recognition and with triggering being the same, the overall idea/system running round the clock with MA1=70, MA2=14. My live account is up about 80 bucks but hasn't run since I shut down trades just after Tuesdays roll over. Besides that, even the demo testers haven't really produced a lot more by way of draw in the last 7 hours and have churned a couple of quick bucks to add to the overall performance.

Would like to see your overall gains/draws/net at close of week. You are trading a few pairs that I don't even open charts on.

Yes, and I use the default settings, but changed the SL 10000.
This is just the result of Wednesday, although there were a few that began trading on Tuesday.
Tomorrow also posted the results today.

The original idea is also based on an H4 chart, these ones are currently tripping the M1.

The basic idea is still a guppyesque trade strategy, the only difference is we aren't plotting several moving averages and trying to determine strength/weakness nor support and resistance by the compression points.

If you believe the market to be fractal, and if you are confident of your strategy, there is no reason to Not extend the TF to the H4 chart and adjust the Moving Averages and minimum profit point accordingly.

Have you been playing around with the MyENT EA?

A good friend has reminded me of a little issue that others may have when working with MyEnt.

Daily Roll!

The broker I work with has a daily cut off at true market roll over, 5pm EST.

If your broker runs a skewed cut, there will definitely be some differences.

Recommendation...work with a few brokers to see which will come up as true or hell, who knows, maybe an hour shift on either side comes up better.
