SL will depend on you as a trader.
I have learned from practice where to place depending on market structure.

The easiest is placing equal to TP. but i prefer dynamic location

Best practice is to use Hidden SL! Never show your real SL to Broker specially for scalping.
I guess you already know the dirty tricks that brokers do

so I checked today thru the Asian session with a few pairs. on the M5

and it was +51 pips, in the worst case scenario. For M5 I think 10 pips for TP and SL is too little, maybe have a minimum size of pips to enter, such as 12-15 min.

will check on other time frames. already checked this on renko charts. but I'm thinking M5 seems good. M1 too small, fast, and frustrating.

And as exit, I am not sure yet whether to just stay in and wait for either TP or SL to be hit. Or close on change of the MA hist colour (this seems best). Though scalpers are using their hunches, an EA will not be able to have it's own feelings about trades.

I don't get the +37 trade, it should be triggered earlier or not at all, you entered when histogram is already blue.
Also, you imply that you trade with fixed size, therefore some losses/profits are much bigger than others.

Not to be so negative, I like how methodical you are in your report and post.

you can use an EA, or just monitor your profit. If it goes (-)pips. Close trade manually

agree a lot.
I don't use EA's now.
I have used them for long, but now realized they are not worth it.
