I have had quite a few troubles with FXPro. The MT4 platform that they provides had crushed so many times for unknown reason. Also I had been disconnected when I tried to close my positions. Both of these usually happen when the market starts moving with momentum. I made losses in these occasions not one time. Is there anyone who had the same issue with FXPro?

This is a typical issue with Market Maker MT4 shops.

It's a way for them to keep traders from making money.

there is absolutely no excuse. I have had outages from the live server with another shop for over an hour and I have yet to get a legitimate answer as to WHY.

I am leaving.

I don't know why FF edited the title of this thread from FxPro to Broker.

The disconnection frequently happens in the Tokyo session when the price starts moving with momentum as I said. It happened just a while ago, too. I asked the staff to look into the issue, but they never have done anything to fix the issue. They always say you should check your Internet connection, etc. I have no issue with my high-speed Internet connection.

Another issue that I have had with FxPro is their poor order execution. When the price is moving, and I try to open the position, then they don't accept the first few orders and keeps re-quoting. By the time the order is accepted by them, the price have already reversed. This happens to me almost all the time.

Do yourself a favor. Change brokers. -- These are the Typical tacticts employed by MT4 bucket shops to take your money!

Here are a few:
(all of which I have gotten from market makers when there is no error on my end) so......

"trade context busy"
"off quotes" - Love that one - how is it off quotes? YOU are quoting ME!
"trade parameters invalid"
"re-quote" - love that too. makes scalping impossible.

I'm done with it.

Hi this topic is very old but i had problem wirh broker mt4 platform. I have screenshots of th charts. There is no 9 and 10 min candle... i wanted close position at 6.09 time. In mt4 log all things are written... i hope they back my cash which i lost because of this platform crash... what do you think? P. S. sorry for english later i add screenshots

Though I am not a fan of FxPro, I am curious where you have found the Germany30, as I cannot see any such instrument within the FxPro MT4 list. They currently spell DAX as #GER30_US and it starts on 9:00 every day, rather than 6:00.

Is it possible that the issue might be from your side? as in past i had same trouble, it got solved after i reinstalled the window, but this is just a point and might be wrong. I have not traded with fxpro plus not heard too much good about them, so can't say much while it's also a good idea to try different brokers and check if you are facing same issue or not. I have been using mt4 platform with octafx from last 2 years and i have never used any issue, but yes sometimes when my pc gets hanged and i do end task and close the terminal then reopening is not possible till i restart the pc.
