What about several claims of OctaFX closing winning traders accounts??

Yes, we still do not accept UK clients, but we are in the process of development now, so, stay tuned to our latest announcements and new services!

If we look at forexpeacearmy.com, we will see that each broker there has some bad reviews, but it is not a reason to charge the broker with infraction of its obligations. It should be noticed that we do not close accounts of winning traders, we do not play this game! We close such the accounts which owners evoke suspicious, compromise themselves, violate the agreement, abuse some conditions and etc. The fact is that OctaFX has a wide range of clients making profits and FPA has a wide range of "cheaters" boosting their "trustful" reviews.

Actually, OctaFX sets the highest service level standards and maintains them, so, we will be glad to receive really useful criticism in order to develop and improve our services and make your trading experience more and more convenient.

I have just checked your liquidity, one of the worst that I met as an ECN

EURUSD , current hour :

FXCM (for example) : 19637 ticks
OCTAFX : 3432 ticks (Very strange, we are closer to a market maker)

so I am not surprised that some were tempted by bad practices (razor scalping, arbitrage).
Many reviewers complain about slippage , no tricks, once again it's the consequence of a poor liquidity at OctaFX.

As soon as all necessary changes in compliance with the new status are made, we'll be able to accept the UK clients. The licence is still pending the complete approval, but we assure you, it will happen soon enough!


That is an interesting one, thank you Went to to check the tick volumes that we have and it turned to be about 20k an hour, more or less like everyone else out there, or even slightly better. We only display top book (i.e. best available) ticks in MT4 generally for technical reasons and MT4 restrictions. And the orders are executed by these prices in 99% of the cases (we checked that as well). But the other levels still exist "beneath" the MT4 charts, if you wish.

OctaFX cTrader, btw, displays all the liquidity levels, you can check that and let me know if you've seen it.

like other broker i mentioned, are you trying to evade the issue ?

FXCM MT4 or JFDbrokers MT4 (for example) display an huge amount of ticks (at level I ! best bid/ask) without any restrictions ,
my question is why you are not able to provide the same quality on your side, suggesting that you are not a true ECN.

Again, who and when told you we were not able to do so? We are, the question is whether it's really needed or not. We are researching the demand (right here right now). If it's demanded by the clients, it will be introduced, why not?

As for the true and untrue ECN, it's a long story, of course, but what exactly does the word "true ECN" mean in your mind?

It will be most likely passed to LMAX Exchange and then, well, depending on the available liquidity, someone from their counterparties. It's an exchange after all.
