Yes in 95% of the case. The other 5% is when we have a 15mn shooting star for example which is near the close (around 2mn for example), I can anticipate a little bit. But I encourage you to wait for the close. The problem is that sometimes you can get a long bullish candle (bullish outside bar) and then you cannot get a tight SL. Then you can check on shorter TF to get a best price waiting for a little pullback. For example if you trade on 15mn, than you can go on the 1mn TF or 150 ticks chart to get a pullback.
