I've noticed from several single-pair demos, that the EA always closes out
multi-level trades for a loss or BE. It never reaches TP before closing(and it
doesn't matter what the TP is set to in the EA). Is this normal?

was doing well v2.0 H1 demo (almost doubled account in a month) but got wiped out by black monday. i dont this is a fair indictment of the system which has potential. will restart a fresh demo on for monday

I think it is a fair indictment, bcz events like these fucking black mondays may ocure at every time anew, again and again !!
And you never ever know when it will happen, infact you can't predict the black swans ............

What filters condition added better? The 21EMA is ok?

You are 100% right, bcz of this i follows
1. Use stop loss
2. Don't increase the lot size even after 200/300 % profit.
3. Withdraw the initial deposit as soon as possible after making profit.

I found a bug in your EA(v2.1) program.

line34: extern int BreakevenPips = 25; //Breakeven Point of Single Symbol Basket


line 199: if(SinglePairTradeNum>0 && SinglePairBE==false && PairProfit>=BreakevenPips)

Are you sure "PairProfit>=BreakevenPips" right? Unit of PairProfit is US Dollar(maybe), Unit of BreakevenPisp is point. Can you compare it with different units?
