Good indicator for smaller time frame?

Hello
Could you please recommend me some indicator, which works ok on lower time frames? After I determine the direction on which I want to enter on H1, I would like to go to a lower time frame and find a suitable moment to enter. I do not need anything complex, I just want something which will provide me better than random timing to enter in the direction, which I have previously already chosen.

If you want something simple then try searching for "ALF" by Lou G. There is also a very interesting thread on using ALF for 1min scalping the EU. It gives a very clean looking screen, but packs a lot of information. ALF + IT candles.
