I'm interested in their "Transparency on trade recipients ie. view which bank you executed against"
-I wonder if you have to request the trade receipt or just automatically given.

I think I'll give them a go.

do you seriously believe that RubixFx has a 5x more volume than FXCM+FXPro combined??!!
if that was your reason to give a try, I think better to go back to your drawing board!
there is always, always another trade!!

Mate, if you read my post you'd see the reason is their "Transparency on trade recipients ie. view which bank you executed against"

That myfxbook volume comparison screenshot is just a snapshot in time, it's always changing. Sorry, I assumed that was common knowledge.

RubixFX won't let me trade any CHF pairs. I'm not sure why, perhaps they're fearful of SNB interventions and are trying to protect themselves.

Seems to be a broker no one has heard about. Not sure from what website you got that screenshot but it seems completely off and ridiculous.

That is what I thought at first. I guess they don't advertise all over the internet.

That screen shot came from some website called my fx book or something.. And it was during Asian trade.

Sometimes I lay awake at night wondering who exactly is trading all this volume through RubixFX.

I'm not sure who their prime broker is, but I did request a trade receipt from them which they provided so I believe they're 100% A book.

I sent them an email with order number/details and asked for the trade receipt. Took a few hours for the reply but as far as I know that is the only way to get them.

I think it would be better though if you could do it from the client dashboard area, like review orders page, then just click on an order and the trade receipt pops up automatically. I might make that suggestion to them.
I've only been with them less than a month. Can't complain about anything yet. Less slippages than the previous broker I was with which is good.

I think the prime broker for RubixFX is Lumiere Securities

The spread they offer on wti is better than most, but the commission's are a bit more. Execution is good. Have been with them for a while now.
Another thing they don't mention on Thier website is the minimum amount you can withdraw is a hundred dollars.

I think they have a large Chinese clientele who they will have to stop dealing with soon due to new Australian regulations being introduced.

Okay, so let us know how is it going with your choice ? Does it making you any money if any or so ? If you are not making any bad posts about them I assume you already going good, but let's share the details, since you again posting here anyway

To be honest the reason I don't use them as much is because their commission is quite high. My account is in AUD and it costs 10AUD a round trip (per lot).
Compare that with another broker who charges 7AUD a round trip. (-Which makes Rubix almost 43% more expensive!)

What kind of monthly volume are you trading? I think even now you could request a discount on their commissions. Although $10 r/t is kind of expensive. It's not like it is some kind of cent account or something special. It used to be like 5 or 6 r/t. What happened?

Yes, it used to be 5USD r/t when I started trading with them, not sure when they changed it but now it's 7USD r/t to be more accurate.
I should send them an email asking if I can get a discount. I know they also offer Rubix Prime accounts, might ask how much monthly volume is required to open one of those.

almost all renowned brokers charge is US$7.00 r/t
