Looking for candle marking indicator

Hello,

I'm looking for indicator that marks candles (by arrow, dot, and so on) at 12:00 and 16:00 (or hours specified by me), when a H4 candle starts to build up. Is there anything like that?

This may not be exactly what you want but will mark any candle with a variety of vertical lines.
Can adjust the width, length or style of line.
