Hi,
Its the same principle for the two except that, the stockastic for one is more responsive to the activities of the price. I aim at the round numbers for my TP

I was using it to trrail my stops but it was getting me out of good trades so i have dropped it. Instead I use the swing lows for my stops.

In this picture, the major indicators in play are the AO, the stockastics and the MTZ.
1. I have two Stockastics overlying each other. The slow one shows me the trend direction and the fast one for entries.
2. The most important here are the stockastics. I watch them closely.
3. AO indi must be in agreement for all my entries, PMTZ indi tells me to relax and sleep, am in the right direction.

Lets pay attention to the AO and Stock. The purple line shows where the AO moved into a position, BUT my slow stock (white stock) is still in the buy position, thus above the zero line. NO trade entries yet.

Now by the time price gets to the yellow line, the slow stock has moved to the sell zone. This tells me we are in a sell trend now. I dont look to higher time frames.
Now i need the fast stock to pull up, VERY important. I still don't have an entry yet.

The green line shows my entry point. At the close of the candle the fast stock must cross the slow stock. Never assume that the stock will cross when it has'nt crossed and confirmed.

The level of the price corresponding with the pull back in the fast stock gives us where to place the stop loss.

Very ofthen the PMTZ is seen around these areas. Its always relieving to see a PMTZ forming, it gives you that edge.

ALL SETUPS MUST HAVE THE AWESOME INDI IN AGREEMENT.

This is looking like a potential set up. You have to be patient and wait for the fast stock to cross the slow stock and the candle must close. lets see how this develops.
